Integration between Departments

To ensure that the cross-departmental work is properly aligned to the same goal, our workshops open up conversational spaces which develop mutual knowledge of the tasks each department performs. These insights will facilitate each player’s decision making by achieving the discernment between what is urgent and what is important while considering all the aspects involved.

 

Facilitation of New Processes Implementations

This on-site activity detects those interferences which delay new processes implementation due to the resistance generated by various factors, such as lack of knowledge, insecurity, little or no information on the process, lack of integration of the players in project design and execution, etc.  By means of group meetings and/or one-on-one coaching, resistance is lowered and the implementation process accelerated.


 

Coordination of Actions

This tool increases productivity by means of learning the keys to requesting and offering (who to, how, when), while checking satisfaction standards. Moreover, it fosters the understanding of the differences between complaints and claims, which results in new conversational spaces.

 

Organizational Culture Change

These workshops are directed to those organizations undergoing mergers, takeovers and/or restructuring. Such situations are usually perceived as “chaos generators.” Still, chaos can be approached as a threat or as an opportunity. The focus is placed on building a new organizational culture which will profit from the best aspects of the former one, as well as creating action plans that will tackle the issues hindering progress. This instance generates new values and competencies, which each player will need to embrace so as to perform optimally. Parameter setting will also facilitate the recruitment of candidates complying with these prerequisites, i.e. conforming with the organizational culture.

 

One-On-One Coaching Sessions

These conversational spaces help a person overcome a problem or difficulty they have  not been able to resolve on their own. 

One-on-one coaching is also useful in the case of collaborators whose interactions do not fit company values and damage bonds, creating demotivation and slowing productivity.

These conversational spaces provide new insights into the problem and develop action plans with their subsequent implementation check.

 

Communication Strategies
(In negotiations, PR, HR, Marketing, Sales, Etc.)

This workshop is aimed at learning effective communication techniques based on the identification of the recipient’s communication channel. This knowledge leads to a better predisposition to listening, confidence in the deliverance of the message, relaxed interactions, awareness of the recipient’s points of resistance, empathy and flexibility in communication.

 

Interpersonal Skills

Based on NLP techniques (Neurolinguistic Programming), this workshop provides the necessary tools to develop effective communication, rendering more flexibility in the interlocutor, creating stronger bonds and generating active listening. This seminar is specially designed for those people who need to or would like to improve their interpersonal relations in the working environment.

 

Effective Presentations

On course completion, participants will have the ability to detect their audience’s different communication channels, capturing their attention and achieving their active participation. They will learn to make an effective presentation by detecting its key points and developing organization strategies. They will also work on their own resistance and/or fear of public speaking.
